After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with all the necessary payment details. You’ll have five working days to complete the transfer and benefit from a 2% discount on the total amount.

Please make sure to include your order number as the payment reference. Transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer, and transfers may take several days depending on your bank. To speed up production, you’re welcome to send us a screenshot of the transfer as proof of payment.

If payment is not received within five days, you have a further three-day grace period before receiving a reminder. If payment still isn’t received, your order will be automatically cancelled. 

After the payment clears, you’ll receive a confirmation email and production will begin.
