Beam Leg
Designed by Daniel Lorch
The pleasingly sculptural BEAM table leg is unique to Faust and is the result of a study by industrial designer Daniel Lorch into geometric forms with optimised stability.
In one version, legs are made of hardwearing aluminium extrusions with a matte silver anodised or black powder-coated finish. Making the legs physically strong yet visually light and granting your Faust furniture an elegant appearance. Alternatively, a solid wooden version in ash or oak is warm and softly curved.
Die-cast aluminium connectors secure the legs to a table or bench base and angled placement ensures maximum strength and balance. Integrated rubber or cork feet add a final layer of grip and sturdiness.
All BEAM legs are available to buy in sets. Two dimensions and standard heights (71cm and 102cm) are available meaning that BEAM can efficiently support a variety of furniture; working desks, high tables or benches. And, because of our customised manufacturing process, Faust are able to cut the anodised aluminium version of BEAM legs to bespoke sizes and apply custom colours for special projects.
